green muesli

With coconut and moringa

RAW- VEGAN- DAIRY FREE

ideally, prepare this recipe the night before you wish to eat it. Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup oat or almond milk

1/3 cup water

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp nutu moringa powder

2 tsp shredded coconut flakes, unsweetened

pinch sea salt

optional : slice of green apple, grated and 1 teaspoon raisins

METHOD:

1. in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of oat milk to the moringa powder and whisk to make a smooth paste. add the rest of the milk, the water, salt, and vanilla. mix well.

2. in a separate bowl, measure out the oats. pour the moringa milk mixture over the oats, then stir in the coconut and maple syrup.

3. cover and refrigerate overnight. 

ENJOY !

optional topping : when ready to serve, transfer the muesli in individual bowls and top with shredded apple, hemp hearts, berries and a pinch of cardamon.
