no bake energy bites

with almond butter and moringa

RAW - VEGAN- GLUTEN FREE

makes about 30 bites

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

3/4 cup raw almond butter 

2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter 

1 tsp nutu moringa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp coconut oil if needed

pinch of sea salt

METHOD:

1. add the dates, almond and peanut butter in the food processor and blend until it forms a thick paste. 

2. add the moringa, vanilla and coconut oil. 

3. form small size balls with the paste.

ENJOY !

optional : roll the finished balls in cocoa powder or sesame seeds or moringa powder
