raw super green soup

with avocado, ginger and moringa

RAW - VEGAN - GLUTEN FREE

INGREDIENTS:

2 fresh oignons 

2 small cucumbers or 1 big  

1 avocado

1 green apple

coriander, basilic, mint, parsley

fresh ginger to taste

1 tsp moringa powder 

1/2 lemon juice 

1 1/2 cup water

2 Tsp olive oil 

salt and pepper

METHOD :

peel the cucumber and cut it into dices

prepare the oignons and slice them. Peel the ginger.

cut the apple without peeling it just taking the core out

blend together in the blender with the water. 

add the avocado, the lemon juice, the olive oil and the moringa and the herbs, blend again

leave in the fridge to serve chilled. Add some ice if necessary.
