no-gluten financiers

with moringa and almond flour

GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE

INGREDIENTS:

4 egg whites (large eggs)

2 tbsp gluten-free flour

1 cup freshly ground almonds

2 tsp of the greenest moringa powder

1 cup light brown sugar

1 tsp psyllium husk

pinch sea salt

5 tbsp salted butter

METHOD :

Heat the oven to 350 F

In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites with a fork

Mix the flour, almond powder, psyllium and salt together.

Melt the butter.

Pour the egg whites over the dry mixture, then stir in the melted butter.

Divide the mixture between the molds and bake for 15min at 350 F

Tip : cover the inside of the mold with melted butter
