caffeine-free morning elixir

with moringa and rose

CAFFEINE-FREE- GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE- VEGAN

Ingredients: 

1/2 tsp Nutu moringa powder

1/2 tsp Anima Mundi’s rose powder

Dash salt

6 oz oat milk or milk of choice

Optional sweetener of choice (moringa honey or maple syrup would be lovely here)

Optional dash of cinnamon on top

Method:

Heat milk of choice in a saucepan on the stove or in the microwave. You can also sub half of the milk for hot water if you’re running low or want the drink to be a little lighter.

Blend all ingredients with the milk in a blender, using a whisk, or a hand frother. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Sip, be present, enjoy.
