almond popsicles with medjool dates and moringa

GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE

INGREDIENTS:

4 Cups (800 ml) unsweetened almond milk

1/2 Cup (80g) almond flour

2 Cups (275g) pitted Medjool dates

1 Pinch of Salt

1 1/2 Lime Juice

2 teaspoons NUTU moringa powder

METHOD :

Remove the pit from the medjool dates if they are not yet pitted. Put the medjool dates in a bowl and add water until the dates are covered. Put the dates in the fridge and let the water soften them.

Place the dates first in a mixer and blend it.

Then, add the almond flour, the moringa powder and the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Put the mixture into popsicle forms and freeze for about 6 hours or until set.
